This home has been redesigned for a receptive client who has been keen to explore different materials, finishes creating a quite distinct spaces where he can party, live and work. 

The new extension element incorporates black brickwork, exposed plywood rafters, led lights, frameless glazing and bespoke artwork. We have introduced the client to Fenix; a material which incorporates high impact technology making it extremely hard wearing and sustainable.
